Why cant I move on from building level 18?
I have played over 2000 parking games.

You can get more coins out of the Challenges. You can play all over and over. I play challenge 35 a lot to get the most coins to spend on my buildings. If you tap open a building it tells you how many coins you need to change to the next building.
