Murder in the alps: the widow... my screen is frozen. How do I unfreeze it???

Since the latest update, my screen occasionally freezes when watching an ad for energy. I click my home button to switch apps (I do not close the game), then click my game again. Presto! The game is unfrozen and picks up right where it stopped.

So you have the energy bug too, why pretend there is no bug ? When your screen freezes it leaves a file on your device, when your game freezes 10 time a day your device won't last very long because this file will take some gigabytes. What yoy propose is no solution but very bad advice.

I’ve had the same issue where my screen is frozen. I’ve tried closing the game and restarting it, and I’ve restarted my phone. Nothing gets me past the screen where I’m told to give the key to Otto.
