What are the perks of being staff rather than member?

The perks of staff compared to members or even co-leaders greatly depends on the team leader. I am a team leader. My team staff get the perks of one step up from probation. Yep, that is all that means on my team. Staff just means ordinary member. Member means you are one step from being kicked. Co-leaders are more dedicated players willing to help others with advice and put in lots of play time. But I am the only person who promotes or kicks. Again, each team leader makes their own little rules...so just ask.

As the other guest answered, I have one co-leader, I became leader after the two former left and I was auto promoted to my de facto position, I am happy kicking out absentees without much issue after a time period of not playing, I have promoted a few to staff and had to demote one back to member and ready to kick more. I have my team set to closed (invite only) and open the doors between Team Chest rounds in order to fill empty seats with anyone willing to become a part of the team and again the cycle of mine continues of kicking inactive and promoting as needed. Only downloaded and started playing this game a little more than 30 days ago myself.
