I’ve been playing this game for years but a couple days ago the Wheel of Fortune part isn’t doing..

I’ve been playing this game for years but a couple days ago the Wheel of Fortune part isn’t doing what it’s supposed to be doing. I get it to 90 and spin it, the gift box pops up and I tap it 3 times and it just disappears instead of opening up and pouring out gifts. Has anyone else had this problem before? How do I fix it?
