Go for bottom floor of radar, just open the radar bunker with the password (try all the password). And do all the things fixed the generator inside it. The whe you get outside the bunker. You will face the "Turret bos" with 800 HP, be careful. After defeating it, the c card will show it by self. Or (if you lucky) get it from trader.

Why is there no WIKI guide for this thing yet? Worst part of this game is how they don't explain much. I like this game more that Last Day On Earth, because it isn't as stingy, but I wish it had a WIKI or an in game manual
