1382 is a hard level. Like most though the trick it to make as many boosters as possible. Rockets and bombs are needed to clear the shells. The best method is to work on making a magic potion and then combo it with a rocket (or bomb) next to it to set of a large wave of boosters. Getting the potion and rocket combo may take several tries though.
