I am at level 1176. I can load. But as soon as I push button to play, the game crashes. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game. No crashing in lower levels. I have had this going on for two weeks. I love the game. I only have two other games on this device. It..This device is only being use for games. Even had my device checked out.. Help

I tried emailing the suggested email address. I received an automated response telling me to submit my request for support through the app. Unfortunately, the app is crashing so often I can't use the user support within the app. Is there another way to communicate information to them?

I am on level 4282. Same here. Thought it was my internet but I see it is not. Very frustrating and not gonna recommend to anyone until they fix this.

I'm pretty certain they need to rewrite it and give us a new update. If that doesn't happen then we just have to wait for the weekly scheduled update and that will rewrite it. If you want to notify support you will need to power off and restart your device. Every thing will operate properly if you don't tap play.

Mine kept crashing after a conversation occurred. The only way I found to fix this problem was to hit “skip” (to skip the conversation) as soon as the game loads, after you hit play. For some reason this has worked every time for me!

Skip doesn't work for me.

If I turn my device off then it quits crashing. I have it on my ipad.
