How do you make the potion bottles appear?

The magic potion boosters appear if you match 10 or more tiles. You will see them change to a spiral pattern when there are enough adjacent tiles for this.

"Match 10 or more tiles?" So I can remove 2 adjacent red tiles and then clear two adjacent yellow tiles anywhere else on the bord, etc,etc until I have cleared 10 pairs in a row? That doesn't work.

This answer is not true. Have tried every option available. On lvl 1180 and stuck for more than a week. I have done all the suggestions available and zip, right now I have enjoyed this game but since no way to move forward it is like a huge waste of time in my part!
