How to be roommates and share your manor

Another feature of the mutliplayer system in LifeAfter is the option to share the same manor house as roommates which makes it easier to work together and help each other progress in the game.

To do this you will first need to have the other person on your friends list. If you haven't already done this check the page on How to join friends and start a team.

Friendliness

A major requirement is that for your friend to successfully join as roommate you will need to have a friendliness rating of 300 or more. You can see your friend's friendliness rating by tapping the chat or notification window, select Contacts and expand the My Friends drop-down. All friends you have added (and accepted you) will be shown here, including their individual friendliness ratings to you.

Your friendliness rating is earned by playing together. Here are the actions that will help increase your friendliness to each other:

1. Complete Miska University together (daily)

2. Complete Stronghold Battles as a team (daily)

3. Visit each other's manor and give each other a "Like"

4. Place food on the table and eat them.

5. Interact with each other's farm lands.

The number of Friendliness you can get per day seems to be limited so if you notice that your friendliness is not moving up anymore for the day, consider playing again with your friend after the next daily reset.

The fastest way of earning a massive amount of friendliness is by sending your friend a "premium gift". The Lily Basket (mall-exclusive, costs fed credits) can give an instant 666 friendliness rating instantly when given to a friend. Other items such as roses need to be cultivated, grown, and harvested first. You can obtain free roses as well from Duo Training during events.

Invite your friend to your manor

This will only work if you belong to a private camp (and preferably, your friend also belonging to the same camp). Send a manor invite to your friend and have your friend accept it. Head to your manor and have your friend board a helicopter. If he/she accepted the invite, the Private Visit option will become available. Both players must be present in the manor where they’ll live together.

Finalizing

The manor’s owner then interacts with the Controller near the manor gate and select the option to 'Manage' then tap on ‘Info’ (Data & Settings). Below the selection for Roommates and Permissions tap the '+' icon and then select your friends name on the list. If they are not in the manor then you won't see them. You will be able to see your current friendliness rating and if it is above 300 you can invite them to be a roommate.

You also need to perform necessary tasks like taking a pic together with your roommate in front of the manor, using the embrace sign, etc.

Once done, you both have to sign a Cohabitation Agreement to seal the deal. There you can select which manor will be used as the primary home and the secondary home. Your roommate will not lose his/her manor. He/she still needs to upgrade it since his/her mastery level will still be capped by the manor level. However, only one of you needs to modify his/her home and the other can be used as a storage or farming area.
