Hi, anyone know how is the drop of heroes? I mean what % to have a gold hero? There is a drop rate or is only a lucky moments?

I don't know a drop rate. It appears to be very random. You may get 2 in one week and then none for months. It will depend on how often you can try to recruit.
You can get gold heroes from any recruitment ticket but the chances from super tickets is higher. It is still not a high chance though.
