Hello! I'm new to this game and I've searched a bit around for the solution but i haven't seen anything that resolves my issue. I'm HQ is level 5 at the moment, and I have 2 newbie teleports ( no use button ) in my all items tab. I also got an alliance mail from Caitlyn saying it gave me 200 diamonds and 1 alliance teleport (which i do not see in my all items inventory). When i click on the "go to teleport" from the system email to bring me closer to my alliance, it tries to use 2000 diamonds instead of the tickets. When i click on the 2000 diamonds it only asks for confirmation if i would like to spend the 2000 diamonds. So my question is, how do i teleport without spending the 2k diamonds and using the tickets instead?
Click on your menu, then on the suitcase that pops up. See if it's there in your inventory.
I wasn't able to find out how to use my newbie teleport tickets. However, I found the problem with the allied teleport ticket. Apparently reading the mail doesn't hand the attached mail items to you. you have to exit out of the mail back to the mail box screen. Have the mail selected and click the button that marks the mail as read. Then the items go into your inventory. I was able to use the alliance teleport ticket now, but still no clue how to use the newbie teleport tickets.
Newbie teleports are used to move to another state and are only valid before you reach level 6. To use them you need to find the state you want to move to (navigate in the world map or enter the state number in the coordinates box). Once you are in the map for the state tap on any plot and choose teleport. The newbie teleport will move you to the new state but unfortunately to a random location. You will need an alliance teleport (you only get one) after joining or an advanced teleport to pick a specific location.
The 200 diamonds and alliance teleport are given on a mail from Caitlyn as you say, but you have to scroll down in the mail and click collect to get the items.
Once you have collected the items from the mail, you can go into Items section (briefcase) and use the teleport, providing there is space close enough to your leader
