On the general map (STATE ONE) before I was able to see my other teammates with their greenish pin. now I only see my leader and his yellow pin! is that something normal?

I can only confirm that I am seeing all the pins of the alliance members. I am in a different state though. Assuming you are in an alliance with lots of members then there may be a glitch in your game. Restarting the game can clear issues and also check for any updates.
