Why can't I use the teleport invitation that my alliance is sending me?

Alliance sent their team invitations to use the teleport the player receives at the start of the game. If a player has already used the teleport they must purchase another one. This keeps players from switching alliances and cheating. The alliance teleport invitation is only a Invitation.

Hey I joined an alliance first time on my account and its not letting use the alliance teleport states to buy with diamonds and I got the alliance teleport in my inventory

I'm having the same problem. I'm still level 5, part of an alliance, and have not used my "Alliance Telport" item. When I try to teleport using my alliance teleport item, it still requests 2000 diamonds to complete the teleportation.

Go in your backpack, it's in the inventory. I think there is a bug because It didn't give me the diamonds either. Good luck

You gotta move it to a green area... normally once u press the mail it send u straight away close to the leader but u have 2 green squares and 2 red u gotta touch ur base and move it. Don't touch any area around. Gotta be ur base. If is asking for 2000 gems then u cant do nothing. Donate frequently to ur aliance and u will get a ticket after u reach about 400k donations but that happened to me, u still need invitation to yeleport to use it. Use the invitation to move choose the area and then use the ticket.

Are you trying to pick your spot to teleport to? The alliance teleport item does not let you select a location. It can be used from your inventory and will teleport you to a spot as close to the alliance leader as it can. If you try to select a location in the map you must use an advanced teleport and if you don't have one it will cost 2000 diamonds.

Same Problem Here. I can't use The Teleport. Have never used one before and i am not trying to Pick a Spot... :(

Our member has never teleported and we are her first alliance. She is missing the teleport to alliance commander option
