How get specialty point?

The speciality points come from leveling up in the doomsday event. You need to increase you influence value by occupying more areas of land.

You upgrade the honor buildings (including the virus research facility) in the same was as normal buildings but you will also need the virus samples (or composite materials for other buildings) resource that you get from processing the tainted resources from the occupied land areas. Process them in the processing plant building.
