Can I get another land lease? I lost mine by mistake and cannot proceed with the objectives.

I have not yet found a way to get more land lease items. You can still occupy plots as long as they are adjacent to other friendly plots. Look for alliance members plots (grey squares) or near the alliance center if you have one.
Ask in your alliance chats for help finding a plot to occupy to get you started. Someone may be able to give you a location where they have a plot started and you can move on from there.
