Can a player be zeroed? If yes how and what happens to the base?

When a base durability reaches Zero it will randomly teleport to a new location in the state. This is to try to stop further attacks. The bases durability will slowly recover automatically (although you can speed this up with diamonds)

When I first started at base 8 I got zeroed and I got teleported from state 82 to state 84. I still keep everything except resources.
