My base level is 22 and I mistakenly cleared my account data and when login in the game is starting..

If you previously bound your game to an external account (IM30 or other) then you can just play through the initial stages of a new game until you are able to access the main menu. Then go to the settings menu and select the account option and 'switch account', you can then log in which the details you used to bind the game. This will reload your progress.

If you did not bind the game then go to the same Account screen and try the retrieve lost account option. This will let you send your details to the game support who may be able to help you recover it.
