Hi I'm nearly ready for base level 22 but I've seen it needs 210k population i have looked at the lvl..

Hi I'm nearly ready for base level 22 but I've seen it needs 210k population i have looked at the lvl 21 houses I can only build 6 which says it will only give me 204k at 34k each house is that correct or should I have access to a 7th house? to get to that 210k mark thanks

The base building itself has a population value which also increases as you level up. If you add up the house capacity you have now you will see that there is an extra amount that is provided by the base. The maxed houses + your base will be enough to cover the requirement.
