If you can still access the game on your old device then go to the account option in the settings menu and tap on Bind Account. This should tell you that the IM30 Binding is successful. Tap on this button to see the details of the IM30 account that your game is bound to (the email address).

If you don't have access to the game on the old device then try using the in game help to contact the developers. Tell them the name / state of your game and explain and hopefully they can help you be sending an email to the bound address.
