How do I arrange marriages for my children? I already have one grown child, and two more children to be raised.

Once a child is fully raised you will have a button to evaluate. Then you can use the option to arrange marriages. Look under "unmarried children" then choose "arrange marriage" or "propose".
For "arrange marriage", the game will randomly select an eligible bachelor or bachelorette. If nothing appears then just come back in a while and try again and it should work.
