Open the salon in the town. In the bottom it will say "My Collection" go there and find the hero/maiden you have a skin for, go to the skin and click "activate".

I think the question is "How do I unlock skins?" I have this questions too and I only find people answering how to activate the skin and not how to get it. 17 3 REPORT
