We've seen a lot of reports on Reddit, and even in our own questions and answers page where people are encountering the problems of having a greyed-out invite button in Monopoly GO.

Here are a few ideas to help fix this problem.

1. Are you using a system other than iOS or Android to Play Monopoly GO?

   If yes, then the only fix we know of is to use and Android or iOS device using the same game account to make the invites. Then claim any invite related rewards on that device, then go back to playing the connected game on the original device.

   I realize this isn't going to be a practical solution for everyone as you may not have access to an Android or iOS device, but hopefully this is a good solution for some player.

2. Check for updates

   It's always a good idea when encountering any bug on a game to check for updates. Head to your download locations, Google Play or the App Store to see if there is an update that you need to install to resolve any issues or bugs you are currently seeing.

3. Contact Customer Support

   Monopoly GO does have a customer support system, and to reach it you simply have to tap the three lines at the top of the game, then click settings and choose contact support. Here you can log in you support request, which when we tried, took about a couple of days to get responded to.
