I just joined a team two weeks ago after playing for 3 or 4 years I don't know how to quit the team..

I just joined a team two weeks ago after playing for 3 or 4 years I don't know how to quit the team I looked . But is it is normal to only have a team race every 4 or 5 days is what I like to know sense it's my first team it dose not seem very active I see a lot of people quit and a box on the right it always just says join I quest I want to know are all teams like this or do some teams actually race more than 2 times a week?
