I play the game on PC and for a while now I get 10 instead of 50 coins on normal levels. Why is that?

I play the game on PC and for a while now I get 10 instead of 50 coins on normal levels. Why is that?
Also, on PC I do not get Bumper Crop, for instance, the way they do on smart phone, which means being deprived of extra time. Why the difference?
