In the "Campaign", if the total power of all my viziers is less than the boss' power, do I have to..

In the "Campaign", if the total power of all my viziers is less than the boss' power, do I have to level up my viziers in order to catch up with the boss' power? Or maybe I could use PVE seals to reset one or more of my viziers? Or do I have to wait for the next day so that all my viziers will reset (just like in the ruins event)? Thanks in advance.

just wait for the next day... not worth it to spend pve just for campaign

Yes wait till the next day and in the meantime make your strongest vizor stronger. It's all about that military skill. Level up through badges and book packs and military books.
