Help and Tips for playing FNAF AR

Five Nights at Freddy’s AR: Special Delivery is a specially developed installment of the FNAF game franchise made for mobile devices. As an Augmented Reality game you are able to play and battle with the fearsome animatronics in your own home or where ever you are.

With an enhanced range of the possessed robotics arriving to your house you must search for them and keep yourself safe by fending off their attacks. You can also build your own animatronics with parts, CPU's, suits and more.

FNAF AR Hints and Tips

Battery power is important to conserve. If you want to reach a high streak and tackle the harder enemies. If your battery drops below 10% you wont be able to shock attacking enemies and your game is over. If possible stock up on spare batteries.

To gain the better suits, mods, and CPU's and unlock the endo slots you will need to reach a good streak. Getting a run of more than 5 will bring out the harder enemies which will be tough to beat but have a chance at the better drops.

The plush suits and other items that drop are random and for the harder enemies such as Mangle, Springtrap, Toy Chica they can be very rare. The only way to get them is to keep trying your luck. You can have friends send you their endo's if they have a CPU of a character you need to give you extra chances.

As you build your own animatronics it makes sense to set them up for salvage to collect parts to use for repairs.

You will need to play and get used to the different actions of the animatronics. EAsh of the characters will have cues and effects that will help you work out who is coming and how they are behaving.

The basic attack types that you need to deal with are as follows:

Fake attack: Static will let you know where they are appearing. The eyes will glow and rush towards you but they do not become visible. You do not need to do anything here.

Charge attack: This is as above but the enemy will become visible as they attack. In this case you must shock them before they reach you or you will die.

Haywire: The character will appear without charging as a jump scare and go 'haywire' with effect and screen glitches. In most cases you need to look away immediately. Looking at the character for too long will kill you.

Remnant is a resource that you can collect in the game, you can use it to power up your own animatronic characters. You can find this with your flashlight or sometimes without needing it. You need to collect it carefully though as it will be accompanied by Shadow Remnant. If you are not careful you will collect this as well.

Collecting a lot of shadow remnant will cause Shadow Bonnie to appear who is a difficult enemy to defeat. There is a potential reward with this though as if you manage to defeat Shadow Bonnie you will receive a large supply of Remnant.
