If I explore an alliance members relic will his troops there attack me?

Well currently my alliance members are exploring the same relic with me, so no. It just means that when non-alliance players come to try to attack, you have a stronger defense force. Downside is that the relic's resources decrease faster, however you probably don't have time to explore it on your own before it's gone anyway
