Stay flexible. Even the best-laid plans can go awry in Era of Glory, so it's important to be able to adapt on the fly. If something isn't working, don't be afraid to try something new.

Recruit Commanders to really improve your strength. Make sure to take advantage of free recruit opportunities and claim rewards to earn the Commanding medals needed to recruit more.
