Send your agents for a sabotage to the enemy castles , this may take a few minutes to hours depending on the distance. The agents will complete the sabotage and return to your castle when the time is over. But sometimes, your agents can get caught by enemy guards. Upgrade tavern to increase the number of agents to do successful sabotages
How do I send resources to my other castles?
Send to outposts by clicking on that outpost market, or clicking on outpost in world map and bottom resources icon. There you can adjust which location to send from. To send to burning sands or everwinter from great empire, select navigation on bottom tool bar, then map of kingdoms, select where you wish to send. A menu comes up to travel, send troops, or send resources. It costs 20%(currently) of resources to send off great empire.

How do you return your troops from other kingdoms?
Go to navigation option. Select map of kingdoms Tap on the kingdom. It will ask you what to do - like transport resource or troops.
Do troops in hospital consume food?
No.. unless you heal them they wont.. Complete heal I mean. e.g. it takes 45 minutes approx to heal a two handed swordsmen. So by the end of 45th minute the soldiers you have healed will start consuming food.
