What do you do with extra bones?

If you have left over bones from a dino you can save them to make more of the same dinosaur or you can sell them for coins.
You sell them in the dino construction screens. While looking at the plans for each dino you can drag any extra bones from the truck at the bottom to the bin on the top left. This will give you a value and you can then tap to sell and get the coins if you agree.
