I'm on level 6-14. I'm playing with all level 50 4-star cards and I can't score even one star. The game has only given me one 5-star card, and I've tried using it as well. How do I get any farther in the game?

Make sure the agency level is high as well! It’ll help at the very end ! It won’t give your three stars but it’ll let you move into the one
