My hero box and troop boxes won’t open, the hero box currently has the number 5 and there is no timer anywhere but the boxes won’t open?

If your game is linked to your Facebook or Google account, you could try reinstalling the game if the hero box looks stuck. Otherwise perhaps contact the developer of the game.
