How do I find out what server I'm in?

Simply click your avatar on the top left portion of the screen. Upon clicking it, it will show you details about your current progress in the game. Additionally, it will display which "battlefield" you're currently at. (E.g. Battlefield: 196) which is technically the server you're in.
