If you are asking per paint bottle resource collector, you should be have it upgraded to at least level 12. With resource collection boosts from research items in your lab, this should give you more than enough to achieve 1800/H of paint per paint bottle.

I added a second paint bottle and upgraded it a couple times until the two combined hit 1800+
