How do I recall troops that were sent as reinforcements?

If your troops are at someone else's city, tap on that person's city. It will pull up two options, choose reinforce. Then it will show your troops that are at that person's city. Tap on the return arrow to sent your troops back to your city.

There is an icon on the right side that when you click it takes you to where you sent reinforcements. Then there is a non-descript arrow (like a return arrow) that you can click to take your reinforcements back.

If your troops show to be at someone else's city, tap on that person's city. Once you tap on their city, click on the reinforce button. Then you will see your troops that are at that person's city.
