I have recently broke my phone and had to get a new one except I can't get my age off apes account back I thought it was linked to my email but after trying to get my account back with my email it has started a new game surely I can get it back as I have made purchases with my card help?

Yes, if you contact the game support in the new game with your previous account details, name etc. and if you have details of past purchases then they should be able to recover the account for you.
